Our Xerox 8860 is printing
This would normally suggest a corrupted file.
Try printing from different software.
It is also possible that the job is stuck in your print queue
so even after rebooting, it is still trying to print the same corrupted file.
You would need to delete the file from your print queue or from the printers front panel.

How do I eliminate the
Unfortunately, Xerox solid ink printers don't print full bleed.
It is a shame because in theory, the machine is capable of it
but it would require a firmware/driver programming/design update
which Xerox are unlikely to do.
My Xerox Phaser 8860 keeps
The machine will try to keep its temperature at a
constant level so this is normal.
Also, if you have intelligent ready enabled, the
machine will wake up at certain times when it
thinks you are going to print.
i.e. If you always use the printer at say 3pm to
print out the days post, the machine remembers this
and will wake at about 2.55pm and warm itself to a ready to print state.

Error code 07,010.43:41770
Hello,
1st - power down the printer.
2nd - hold the back button and the info button (?) at the same time, without letting go, power up the printer.
3rd
- keep holding down the buttons until the XEROX logo comes fully to the
center of the screen, keep holding for 2 more seconds, then let go.
I'll take about a minute or two for the Diagnostic screen to come up, the display will turn blank and black but not to worry.
4th
- when the Diagnostic screen comes up go to down to the Function or
Exercise option, (haven't done it in a while) there will be an option
that says
"clear ISC faults" it'll ask you to press OK to confirm,
after you do then you will exit Diagnostics and the printer will reboot.
You should be fine

Xerox Phaser 8860 printer is displaying 12.1 error
12 codes on that machine mean a software error.
You can try removing and reseating the RAM chips , most likely its corrupted and will require a software install. The software ( Firmware) would be found at xeox.com, Click on drivers and downloads, then type in 8860 in the search box then click to drivers and downloads again and scroll down to firmware.

7,010.43: The printhead is stuck in the tilted position, or is not able to tilt forward to
the print position, due to problems.
7,011.44: This is a soft fault, and will not halt the printer.
7,012.45: The drum transfix home sensor is still in a not homed position, after the
return home motion has been completed.
7,014.47: The printhead is not locked in the head tilt restraint spring.
7,015.43: The head tilt restraint spring is out of place.
Troubleshooting Procedure

drive train (near left side of the printhead).
Clean the
gears.
Go to Step 7.
7 1. Use service diagnostics to run the Head
Maintenance Wiper Clutch test.
2. Did the test fail?
Replace the
wiper drive
clutch.
Go to Step 8.
8 1. Ensure the wiper is properly aligned.
2. Use service diagnostics to run the Wiper
Drive Test.
3. Did the test fail?
Replace the exit
module
assembly.
Go to Step 9.
9 1. Use service diagnostics to run the Load
Maintenance Clutch test.
2. Did the test fail?
Inspect the
maintenance
drive system,
replace any
defective parts.
