HP support article and follow the steps outlined there to clean the rollers, etc. Frequently this roller cleaning and possibly a reset is all that's required to clear the jam error. (If you have access to compressed air, you can gently blow air throught the printer to clear out paper dust and debris from inside.
Also be sure to follow the instructions in the manual or
here to load the paper correctly, fan sheets before loading, and if the problem continues, try flipping the stack of loaded paper upside down and reloading, or try another kind of paper..
