Display fax gives a warning
Generally the "received in memory" message is a result of the machines inability to print. I.E. It received a fax, attempted to print it, failed, and then stored it in memory to print once the issue has been corrected.
The Prepare Black Toner error is likely directly related. If the toner cartridge is empty, inserted incorrectly, or damaged it could be causing this error. Try reseating the cartridge by removing and reinserting. If that doesn't clear the error try replacing it with a new Canon branded cartridge.
As soon as you correct the printing issue the stored faxes will print.

Try nyo po palitan ung Toner then post po kayo dito ng details kung ano nangyari.. ano po bang ginawa ninyo bago po mangyari ang problema na to? nagpalit po ba kayo ng kahit ano sa printer? nabagsak po ba? pakibigay po ung details.
Printing is not coming
On the 'Ports' tab of 'Printer Properties' window, select the correct port for the printer driver.

From the Windows desktop, open the printer's properties window.
- Click the Ports tab.
- Below 'Print to the following port(s)' section, select the port to which your printer is connected.
Example: In this example, the printer is connected to 'Virtual printer port for USB001'.
- Click 'Apply' to accept the changes.
- Click General tab and then click 'Print Test Page' to confirm the changes corrected the issue.

Other devices attached to the computer can block proper communication.
- Check to see if there are any devices (other than USB keyboards or mice) connected to the computer.
- Disconnect the device(s) and restart the computer.
- Once the computer has restarted, attempt your process again.

Can I network this printer
Shouldn't need to place it on a router. A network switch will suffice. Just make sure any computers printing to it are on the same network (example: 192.168.5.XXX) where the XXX's change per network device.
Color bands top to bottom 3.5 inches apart
dirty miror or drum will create continuous strip like that, switch off printer, remove cables and follow:
1. remove paper tray
2. remove all toners, remove waste, remove transfer drum (how to do all that is in owners manual).
3. check in full paper path, especially on line where colouring occures, remove all debris, soft brush is fine, sometime bit is stuck on the wheel, then rotate them to remove all. do not be afraid to look "under bonnet" and turn printer on it's side if needed, if there is no toner, and you do not drop it, nothing should happend.
4. lift slightly protective shields on cartridges and check if no debris is stuck on the surfaces, soft brush should remove it if any. clean waste container.
5. put everything together in reverse order as you were pulling it apart.
6. switch on printer and check for print, if lines persist, this indicate that heating element is damaged and that is usually beyond home repair.
if 6 is correct, check if you still have valid warranty, and send it for warranty repair.
