Press and hold the skip button for two seconds. The system announces "SELECCIANDO ESPANOL". Press and hold the skip button again for two seconds. The system announces "ENGLISH IS SELECTED".If you need a manual, you may download a copy here. The language instructions are in the "Answering System Setup" section in the fifth column.

Press and hold the announce button on the base. Record your message at the beep. Release the button when down.

Hi,

1) The flashing "0" indiactes the total number of messages. (In this case it is zero messages)

2) The flashing "CL" indicates that the voice time/day stamp needs to be set.

To reactivate the answering system, kindly set the voice time/day stamp.

If you have the instruction manual, please follow the steps given in the manual to set the voice time/day stamp.

Usual charging time of phones are within 2-4 Hours. Charging time varies depending on the charges left on the battery of the unit.

Try putting new batteries in the handset. Many phones will dim their displays when the batteries start to run low in order to save power.

The phone must have a ringer ON/OFF switch. ... the phone begins to make the ringing sound, repeatedly press the Volume Down button until "RINGER VOL: OFF" is displayed

just copy your data from memory card to pc. then format your memory card. put it to phone thats all.

4. Place the handset in the base cradle. The charge/in use indicator turns on,
verifying the battery is charging. The unit will take 20 seconds to register
and verify its security code. READY shows in the display.
NOTE: In case of a power failure, the handsets may display
UNAVAILABLE when the TALK/CALL BACK button is pressed.
You must then place all handsets on the main base cradle
for 20 seconds to re-register.

Voice Time/Day Stamp
1. Make sure the answering system is ON.
2. Press and hold the day/check button on the base to set the day of the week.
3. Press and hold the hour button on the base to set the hour (a.m. or p.m.). Example: 12AM, 1AM, or 12PM, 1PM.
4. Press and hold the min button on the base to set the minute. The time advances in 5-minute intervals, or tap and release to advance in 1 minute intervals.

Use the speaker volume (- / +) buttons to adjust speaker volume on the

Remove the battery, wipe the phone contacts and battery contacts with a dry cloth, then reinsert the batteries and check to see if the charge lasts longer. If there's no improvement, it's time for new batteries.

you just need to set them in the main base for a few seconds

1. Make sure the answering system is ON.
2. Press fash/answerer/call waiting button on the handset to enter answerer remote
mode.
3. Press key [8] to enter Time/Day set menu on handset.
4. To set Hour, key in [00]-[12].
5. To set Minutes, key in [00]-[59].
6. To set AM/PM, press the CALLER ID-VOLUME (5or6) button.
7. Press #PAUSE/ringer button to confrm the setting.
