you need to contact the nearest sony ericsson service center to unlock the phone

check if your memory card works if it does take it out and push it back in

the problem could be the battery or the phone itself. The only way to find out is to take the phone to the store and have them test it for you.

First thing is never remove the cable without stopping the USB connection from system tray. Now, as your phone has gone kaput, you will have to re flash the firmware. Checkout some SE forums like esato.com,se-nse. Use a memory card reader to copy the contents of your m2 and don't keep it inserted in the phone while flashing.

If your phone is still under warranty, i suggest you take it to the service center.
