This is a problem with your phones keypad circuit board. I too had this problem and the phone repairing centres in Colombo, Sri Lanka cheated me and I had to pay Rs.1900 ( Abt US $ 16.52). So I reassembled the phone and replaced the keypad circuit board and now the problem is solved. It cost just Rs.300 (US $ 2.60)

My friend had experienced the same problem with her SEK810i. We both bought the K810i last year. Mine is working perfectly fine. but hers suddenly froze, and she cannot even see the phone menu. we tried to go to a service center but they couldn't fix it. So she just bought a new phone. also fro the SE phone collections.

Sony Ericsson phones do not have a a specific "Save" button as such.When you click a photo , it automatically gets saved. They do have a specific "Delete" option though, be careful not to press that. Click a photo, n then exit the camera function.Check to see if the photo has been saved .

in your phone circuit is there you have to open the cover and put phone in sun hit for a day and then try to switch on and remember remove bettary and cover. and still there is problem then go to michenic and said them to through air rinse thougrolly and if still problem then replace the mother board and its cost is near 1000 rs. or $10

let it sit in the charger for 1hour then try to turn on your phone. it could be that the charger cannot charge the battery and turn on the phone at the same time and the battery is too weak to turn it on and needs a better charge.

Phone must have the bluetooth feature turned on in the settings menu. Also set it to discoverable. The headset must transmitting, to do this press and hold the power up/off button until the light turns on steady. Usually it takes 10 or more seconds. You then must use your phone to "search for new device" from the bluetooth menu. It should find the headset. When it does select "pair" then it will ask for the passcode. Enter 0000 (four zeros) the default code for bluetooth devices. Don't forget to turn the discoverable setting back off so other devices can't access your phone.
