Is it possible to recover photos from Blackberry
Actually it is possible for you to recover photos from your Blackberry cellphone. But one thing you should pay attention is
DON'T use your phone to take any new photos because this will cause the file overwritten situation, means your lost photo will be overwritten by the new one. In my opinion, you can try the recovery software here>>
http://www.uflysoft.com. It provides the free scan option for you to try if it can search your photo first. Hope it can help.

The phone is not turning
Reinstall the OS and restore from the most recent backup you have...
Download the OS file to your PC then install it to your PC by double clicking the file you downloaded. (Vista users be sure to right click on the .exe file and select "Run As Adminstrator.")
2. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the vendor.xml file.
3. Plug in your BB to a usb port and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same folder as the above vendor.xml file.
Don't disconnect your BB unless you get an error message, or you get a completed message. Some of the upgrade steps take a while, and it may appear to have stalled or stopped, but it has not. Be patient, and let the update load (30 - 45 minutes). I’m happy to assist further over the phone at

Uncaught exception DSSMA: invalid state (5):2
You first need to attempt a hard reset. Simply put, pull the battery while the phone is on,wait 30 seconds, then replace it and turn it on. If that doesn't work, make sure you have the latest version of Blackberry Desktop Manager downloaded to your computer, back up your phone using backup/restore, the delete all data and applications the do a restore using your previous back up. For full instructions go to
www.blackberry.com/support and search KB10859.

Try this.Plug your BB into the charger. With it plugged in take the battery out.Wait a minimum of two minutes then put the battery back in.Let it charge for a minimum of an hour before touching any keys or the trackpad. If it still won't charge consider replacing your battery.
