I don't believe that Limewire will work on BB's.
I use Pandora radio. It is like Sirius radio but it is free and works great on BB's . You can listen to any type of music you like.

your battery may be getting old and needs to be replaced.
as they get older they don;t have the charge they do when they are new.
I would get a new battery and see if that handles the problem.
you can also let the battery die all the way...charge it overnight and do this for a few times in a row and see if it gets better.

But my suggestion is a new battey

You can't put songs that you have bought from apple. You can put songs that you have riped from CD's or downloaded. You need a micro SD card. On the phone go into options: Advance Options, Media Card. Turn mass storage mode on. Now plug your BB into the computer and a little window will open up. open the Blackberry folder then music. Drop and drag your music files into that folder. if your going to use the Desktop software go to google and type: Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.5. try a program called "jl_cmdr"

try ebay and use searchwords "blackberry 8310 USB port". It should pull out 3-4 sites that sell them. The $6 ones are the same as the $19!!! No difference. However be very carefull removing and resoldering the part. If you damage one od the ports on the main board, you have damaged your phone permanently and need to use a external charger from then on....

Your sim card is crashing you will need to replace sim card

Try to charge it with another adapter if it will not help probably your batery is dead
