Open the cover of the player and press the RESET hole

Follow these steps:

1. Make sure you're in the main menu. If you're not, press and briefly hold the back button.
2. Select System Setting Options
3. Select About

That's it.

I have got a problem my s5 every turn in the display is checking firm wire how do I fix it and where is the reset bottun

You need proper drivers installed in your PC to enable it to recognize the device. If have the driver CD that came with it, then install it else download it from this site

http://www.samsung.com/. Go here and download the firmware for your player. Then reflash your player with the firmware. You can find the firmware and the tools to do it with free from the manufacture

its because it's not meant to play videos.

Reset the unit by holding down the REST button until the unit shuts off by itself.

Resetting the unit will not delete files off of the player

if its a silicon skin than just slip it on

If the music is not stored on the computer transfer from the player to your computer Drag and drop is the best way Always format this gets rid of any unwanted mistakes or possible viruses or even boot files which will freeze most players try not to boot your computer with the player connected...........

try to find the soft ware on the inter net and tranfer it on to the divice

If this is about your Google account, click the "Can't access your account?" link on the Google sign-in page.

Use a toothpick to clean out the lint in the usb connector. If you use the mp3 player a lot without the cap lint will build up and cause misalignment when plugging it in the pc.

this could be a driver problem

click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll through all of your devices

if you see a yellow question or exclamation mark ? ! or a red X you will need to update the drivers for this device right click select update driver/reinstall driver

if you can see your usb device but its not working scroll to Ports(Com&Ltd) right click to update driver

On the rear of your TV connect, with a phono/RCA cable to the Audio R + L sockets, connect the other ends to your Yamaha using the TV in sockets. See photos attached Hope that helps. HDMI is for video unless the extra pins are added for audio.

Normally makers don't play ball between each other. Yes if it was a Samsung Television and a Samsung Receiver A/V System. Or if you have something like a Cable Box or Satellite System that is made to interact with other makes. Or if it is a Universal Remote. I think you were just lucky that it happened to use the same frequency.
