2. Open Windows Media Player

3. Click on the icon of your Mp3 player on the left-hand side of the Library

4. Click on the Songs, Tracks, or other Music Folder

5. Find a song or songs that you want to delete

6. Left-click the song once to highlight it

7. Press the “Delete” button on your computer’s keyboard

Either 1) the USB port on the laptop is not a USB 2.0 port, and therefore is too weak to power the mp3 player

3) you plugged it in without installing the installation software

The "USB Connected" message is normal - the other functions are only usable once the player is DISconnected from the computer.

Pick internal memory unless you have an SD card attached. Then press the "M" button on the side of the player to see if it will change menus.

Go to the RCA website and look at the user manual - then repost your question in a way we can understand.

Put a CD into your computer and then select all. After that click sync to MP3 player. If that doesn't help, hightlight everything, then right click and then click send to-Removable disk F. That should send it to your MP3 player.

go to control panel,choose hardware,click add new hardware,select that it has already plugged in,select MTP device-->click install->finish

Honestly, how would you think that a person's info would be on a RCA Pearl Mp3 player? It's not an ipod. The simplest thing for you to do is to announce a missing mp3 player in the school, take notes of the songs in it, so that when a person steps up, all you do is ask them for the songs in it. As easy as pie.

this is because u did not remove the player safely from the pc.. hence such problem.. do a format and a virus scan and continue..
