Mother board in getting on
It sounds like it is either disabled in the BIOS or there is some sort of dead harware. If it is disabled in the BIOS you can enable it by resetting the BIOS back to default settings. To do this open up the case and look at the motherboard. Look for a silver battery and near that should be three pins that are perpendicular to the motherboard and should be labeled clr_cmos. Two of these pins should be connected by something called a jumper. Make sure the computer is off and move the jumper to the other two pins. Unplug the computer and press the power button for a few seconds. Move the jumper back to the original pin and plug everything back in and turn it on. If this did not work then you may have to buy a new video card. Here is a link to a place where you can buy fairly inexpensive video cards that will be compatible with your motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007709+600007855&QksAutoSuggestion=&ShowDeactivatedMark=False&Configurator=&IsNodeId=1&Subcategory=48&description=&Ntk=&CFG=&SpeTabStoreType=&srchInDesc=. To install this all you need to do is plug it into the horizontal teal slot on the motherboard after removing the back cover next to that slot. After its installed plug your monitor into the graphics card and you should have picture on your monitor.

They is no sound in
Hi,
What you need to check first is whether sound driver is installed or not. To check whether driver has been installed follow these steps.
1. Right click on "My computer" and select "Manage".
2. Computer Mgmt screen appears in that click on "Device Manager".
3. Look for the sound driver if it is not installed you shall find ? mark in yellow colour. if not notthing will be there.
Apart from that
1. click on Start - Programs - Accessories - Entertainment - Volume Control.
2. set the levels to high in "Master", "Wave".
Then you can play and hear music on your computer.
Regards,
Rudra.

Older motherboard went out, so replaced with new
it sounds like a faulty heat sensor. 105c is VERY hot, and would burn your hand if you touched it(as you probably know). If the heat sensor is faulty then you won't be able to see the actual temp. If you're very handy with a soldering iron and aren't scared you can probably replace it yourself. If it's still under warranty I'd try to get a replacement.

GF7050V-M7 WITH LINUX SO
hi wie_2222,
most if not all of the device drivers for this motherboard are integrated to just about any latest linux distribution,
- the ethernet/lan/network device should work automatically after installation, activate it using the ifconfig eth0 up command :
user@localhost# ifconfig eth0 up
- sound device should work after initializing the sound device from ALSA sound server using these commands :
user@localhost# alsaconf
user@localhost# alsamixer
user@localhost# alsactl store
- integrated video device can use the kernel integrated nvidia driver "nv" or download and install the latest binary video driver for linux from nvidia.com

DOESN/T DISPLAY ON MONITOR
Does the monitor work on the BIOS setup screen?
If not, reset the mobo: either remove the mobo battery for a few minutes, or "short-out" the two reset pins next to the battery or next to the CMOS BIOS chip.
If you are not using the built-in video interface, then put two monitors on the system and adjust the way you want the monitors to behave.... or disable the built-in vga interface through the BIOS setup.
More info, please....
