How can i get driver cd
You would have to get it from ECS to have a legitimate Factory Disc. I wouldn't even bother with the disc. Most motherboard manufacturers post all the drivers to their motherboards on their website. Try this link
ecs.com/tw. If the link doesn't work for some reason, the type it into your address bar and follow the prompts from there. The link I gave you above is for U.S. drivers. You can download all the drivers and make your own driver disc for your motherboard with those. I hope this helped you resolve your driver problems.

Have you tried to install Windows XP. I have heard of some Motherboards are simply not compatible with windows 7
I had a MB that I had the same issue, did some research and found that my MB was not supported.

945GCT - HM motherboard, SPDIF out?
Hi,
Before doing anything please refer the motherboard manual, and as per my knowledge you need not solder any pin on the board, if you do so may be something else might not work. I better suggest you to check the Manual before doing anything.

I have a emachine modelw3619 and when i turn it on
There are a couple things to try. first off, the beeps are usually in a sequence, knowing the sequence is a good place to start. Second, eMachine motherboard are well known to succome to blown Power Supply Units (PSU's) and blow the caps off a few capacitors, which essentiallt ruins the mainboard. Unplug the unit, remove and reseat the memory, video card and disconnect usb, cdrom, hard drive cables from the motherboard and PSU, one at a time and cross your fingers.
Outdated drivers
On the motherboard there should be a model number. Enter that into a Internet search and it should bring back current drivers.
