hello i have the same computer, can you give more detail. and have you tried to troubleshoot it? in the right bottom corner by the clock you will see the icon that is your internet fail yellow looking icon, right click this and hit troubleshoot, if this does not work, open your control panel and type in the search "internet connection" or simply look for "network and internet" then look for view network status, and then from there you will see detailed info in how to fix the issues, please tell me more about your problem in more detail. i can walk you through this, have a great day,
