Sounds like your going to have to reset or update your bios in the setup screen.

remove cmos battery and wait about 10-15 min. That should help. Remove also power cord and battery

Have you replaced this DVDdrive with a working one and does this work if this works you will no that this si a hardware issue. are you using windows vista or windows xp

Probably the user profile is corrupted.
Log in to any account and type cmd in the start search bar > now right click on the cmd listed and select run as administrator. Now at the command prompt type net users administrator /active

This will activate the super administrator account. Now log in with this account and make any changes as required.

after then install it.  it works 100 %.

if u save bios password and froget u have to reset bios.
Open the back side of laptop and remove cmos cell for 15 seconds.
then it reset to defaults.thats it then it not need any password.

Remove accumulator too. Firstly accu then RTC battery and before this power supply. You need to put your laptop to no power for about 5-10 min

Could be hardware related BUT from experience it is software related requiring a completed reinstall of your software if your using vista - so backup and save any data you want - reboot and at the HP splash screen hit F11 to enter system recovery - select advanced options - select full recovery - no back up and let it do a completed restore.

The bluetooth module is normally intergrated with the WIFI. If you open the memory compartment underneath you will see a seperate card which will have 2 wires connected to it black and white..

thats the WIFI chip with the integrated BT.. you'll have to replace that.
