Lenovo 300 n200 .tengo xp, quise instalar win 7 sin resultado y ahora queda la pantalla de presentacion de lenovo tildada

That's because you made an overlay installation most likely, I mean trying to upgrade XP instead of installing W7 from scratch, which is best solution by far while of course you need to have a previous backup of your data. Right now, if you have data you would like to save, what you can do is create a Linux disk with another PC, which might be Ubuntu. Start your PC and click on "I want to test Linux without installing anything", this will allow you access your data and do a proper backup before moving on. Once done this, simply start with your W7 DVD once again and try install windows but removing previous OS, everything from scratch. It should work. Good luck!

Lenovo N200 model 0769 fan start and stops blank screen

First, Look for a "popped capacitor", the top of the cap should be flat, IF it is rounded then it is "popped", that needs replacing. Next, Have you also tried several other AC adapters? Last, How many hours have to got "into" fixing this? More than a day? More than two days? More than a month? IF more than a month, keep the hard drive, CD/DVD Rom, CPU, memory, screen and wifi card (if any) and toss the rest. Then purchase a new/er laptop along with a USB adapter cord to connect your old laptop hard drive... so you can pull your old info onto the new computer... Then, sell the other parts on ebay/(wherever)... Hope this helps... Happy New Year! Topbarhive

Lenovo 3000 N200 laptop not starting up, power light on

Keep pressed the power button of your laptop for about 30 seconds, the machine will power down.
--The above step may not be required as already so many days passed by.
Then plug it into the power adapter.
Switch the laptop on.
Boot in "safe mode" (F8 during boot).
This will fix any driver or some operating system issue during previous failed boot process.
Once it boots completely, do a normal shutdown and reboot your laptop in standard mode (no more F8 this time).
Now your laptop will be ready to use.

Keybord

Hello,

Please ship bring your laptop to the computer shop or to your supplier for them to check the hardware components of your keyboard and replace the damage one with the functional one. Usually the rubber under your keyboard is one of the cause of the problem or the circuit itself so it is best to find a shop or person who specializes on computer hardware repair and troubleshooting to ensure and avoid any further damage it can bring to your laptop and replace it with the functional one.

Thanks

My lenovo LCD screen is

Laptop computers have LCD displays that are sensitive to many things. LCD displays have faults that sometimes produce a flickering screen, lines, dots or a faint display. These screens are sensitive to magnetic fields or electronic items near the computer. Speakers, cell phones, lights and other electrical items are examples. Your display also could be flickering due to software issues such as the video drivers or hardware issues relating to the inverter going bad or the LCD screen itself needing to be replaced. Trace the cause of your problem to come to a resolution.

1.Turn off the computer. Disconnect all external devices. Turn the computer over (bottom facing up). Take out the battery and reseat it. Turn the computer on.
2.Reset your resolution and refresh rate.
Windows XP:
Right click an open area on your desktop. Click "Properties" in the drop-down menu.
Click the "Advanced" button at the bottom of settings tab. Another dialog box appears. Click the "Monitor" tab. Change the Refresh rate to your default, or 60 hertz. Click "OK."
Windows Vista:
Click "Start, Control Panel." Find and click "Appearance and Personalization." Click "Adjust Screen Resolution." Change resolution to the default, or 800 x 600. Click "Advanced Settings." Click the "Monitor" tab. Change the refresh rate to the default, or 60 hertz. Click "OK."
Windows 7:
Click "Start, Control Panel." Find and click "Display" Click "Change display settings" on the left side. Change screen resolution to 800 x 600. Click "Advanced Settings" in the lower right. Click the "Monitor" tab. Change the refresh rate to 60 hertz. Click "OK."
3.Check the computer's surroundings. Move away any speakers, fluorescent lights, fans, cell phones, radios and any other electrical device that can cause flickering. Temporarily move electrical items away from the computer to see if they are producing this issue.
If the flicker stops, put back one item at a time to determine what is causing the problem.
4.Connect an external monitor to your laptop computer to see if that screen is also flickering. If there is no flicker, then the problem is strictly with the laptop, indicating a possible hardware failure. Contact the manufacturer for a replacement LCD.
If the flicker continues, go to next step.
5.Reset/Update your video driver. Click "Start" and right-click "My Computer." Click "Properties." The "System Properties" dialog box will appear.
6.Click "Device Manager." A list of items will appear. Click the (+) sign next to "Display Adapters."
7.Right-click the video adapter and click "Uninstall." Confirm removal. Restart the computer. The video driver will automatically reinstall itself.
8.Check to see if the flicker still exists. If so, go to the manufacturer's website. Download and install the newest video driver and BIOS for the computer.
9.Restart computer once drivers are installed. Continue to the next step if there is still flickering.
10.Open up your display screen all the way. If the flicker stops by opening it a certain distance, it is the display inverter. If the flicker still exists, the LCD screen should be replaced.
11.Contact the manufacturer of the computer for more information and a possible replacement inverter and LCD display. This will depend on the manufacturer and the computer itself.

I hope you find it very helpful. Thanks

HI, i Have lenovo 0769-A63

If thelaptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out.Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles andwill lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR Thebattery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the batterydrops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to anunacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.

Hi i Have a Lenovo

Go into Device Manager and Disable/remove the ethernet. Then reboot and let it detect it as a new device then put the driver in for it. Then do the same for the wireless. It should have picked it up when you reinstalled Vista but sounds like something glitched. If you have something else to get online with you might want to go to Lenovo's site under Support and download the drivers you'll be needing and have them ready to install.
