With the hose disconnected from the washer and faucet open no water comes out then it is for sure the washer will not fill, Run a garden hose from any working faucet and attempt to run washer> Do not forget and leave the faucet to the washer open if and when the blockage clears. The faucet that controls the hose connection may have failed and the internal rubber washer is blocking the flow. Hope this helps?

To confirm, are the stains not being removed during cycle or do you believe the washer is the cause of the stains? If you believe the stains are being caused from the washer it could possibly be undiluted liquid fabric softener poured directly on fabric. There are some basic troubleshooting tips for lint to check such as undissolved detergent can leave residue on clothing. Separate clothing items which shed lint from items which attract lint. If yes, disconnect power from your appliance. Did the water fill stop? If so, a service technician may need to check the pressure sensor or switch to determine if it needs replacement. If your water flow is abnormal, double-check water faucets to ensure they are in the "on" position. If on, your incoming water pressure may be above 30 PSI and could need adjusting. You may have a split in a outlet pipe or a pipe has come off. If it's only leaking when it is emptying I would suggest it's probably a pipe after the pump and one that is higher then the level of water that is in the machine as otherwise the water would siphon out all the time.Has the outlet hose been extended and have a coupling where it joins?
