hold the power button and the volume up/or down cant reall remember which one exactly, hold both down simultaneously while plugging the headset into the power supply to charge. I find it easier to already have the cable in the headset connected. you should see a flash of different colored lights on the led then it should go to red.

First, try plugging in different headphones. If those work, then your headphones are broken and you need to replace them. If those don't work, then please check to make sure you're not plugging them into the microphone jack - you'll see two identical plugs, usually the headphone one is marked with a pair of headphones. If you're plugging known working headphones into the correct port, then your computer must logically be the broken thing.

Hey Michael. Are the s9s already paired with another device? If so.... You might want to try turning off both the s9 and the device that's already paired. Then try repairing new device with s9s. Good luck.

Make your phone (I'm assuming) forget the S-9 and search for Bluetooth devices again. It will find it again, but it won't be paired. Press whatever button on your phone that makes it connect and it should work. I've been searching for answers and racking my brain. Finally, I just tried this and it worked! What a relief...

I just had the same issue. I charge my headset every day so I came to the conclusion that the short was due to a small piece of metal shorting out a connector in the chargeing port of the headset. I fixed it by first opening the charging cover and holding the headset by the ears in one hand. I then lightly tapped the opening against my other hand to loosen the metal shard. After doing this a few times, the sound came back. I then used a can of compressed air to finally flush out the intrusive shard. I didn't see how large it was but now my S9-HD headphones work! I'll check the connections on my 2 chargers to see if they have any evidence of breakage because I did notice when I plug in the set, I have to jiggle the connector a little recently.

According to your problem first make sure that the Headphone is working properly. Attach the headphone with another phone or device to check. Check the headphone configuration in your phone and reset the settings. It will solve your problem.
