same here my battery wont last for more than 5 songs what can i do to fix this and how?

After googling the problem, I saw a couple of PDF documents that said that Motorola would replace or change the battery, but the links to the documents were outdated. At this site, they said the battery is non-replaceable: http://direct.motorola.com/ens/s9/Headset_Home.asp.

It looks to me like the battery can be replaced, at the service level, but that normally it is a throwaway item at the consumer level. See if they can help you, but, of course, get the price first, and that will tell you whether to have it fixed or replaced. Good luck, and hope this helps.

Its sound ic or both the speakers are damaged so you have to change it

it helped me i got a s9 with no instruction manual

try plugging in the charger to the headset, unplug the charger from the AC. If the light goes out see if the headset will connect.

Worked for me this way

try a new battery, and if you already have, check the copper contacts on the battery and phone for corrosion, otherwise the problem may be internal.

Time for a new one if it's out of warranty! I doubt the cost of repair would make it worthwhile!

make sure it is plugged in all the way, is the device your plugging it into stereo, or mono, if mono, then its only going to come out one side, it also may be a broken wire

does your phone have a2dp?

im guessing it does not

can you make calls from it?

does your phone have a2dp bluetooth profile you need that for music to be played

Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) and Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP)

AVRCP i think your phone does not have this bluethooth profile

adjust the volume from you phone

try pressing the play pause button this is the mute button while in call mode

where is your iphone located when you use your headphones?

try moving the iphone closer to the headset
shirt pocket?

use the volume buttons on you phone or computer?

maybe it is at full volume allready try increasing the volume you phone
