Hi,
There are a few common causes of this problem.
1. Bad cabling, try a new cable and see if it shows up.
2. Bad drivers on your PC, try the device on a different PC, if it shows up, report back and we'll diagnose the PC. If it doesn't move on to # 3
3. Failed USB circuitry within the enclosure, buy a new enclosure, move the drive into the new enclosure and try again.
4. Failed drive within the enclosure. In this case you will need to either send it to a pro or work through several Do It Yourself methods to attempt a recovery.
