First thing I would do is check thermostat you can buy digital temp readers cheap now if you don't have one.aim the temp reader on the thermostat housing once engine is warm should read 190 degrees or so.

I recommend checking the grounds

the pin switch on one of the doors is not hooked up or is defect more than likely its the rear hatch or window but the lights will shut off 3 min after the the doors are shut or nothing is touched so next time you get out just close the doors and walk away if they do not shut off after 3min then it is the body control module

heater pipe is turned off going to heater or its a seperate electric heater
