Most likely the T-CON board it is dead.The tv have colors vertical lines alway causes by a dead T-CON board,if only this problems,happen by the tv itself only.Not causes by u or an object by hitting it with forces,than the tv LCD screen panel it is damages and tv it is worthless as a whole tv set.Because the tvs LCD screen panels are very important to the tvs and it is 90% of the costes of all tvs.The T-CON board sit in the middle at the bottom of the tv LCD screen panel.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish T-CON board for the replacement.

Sounds like you are have a bad main board and or power board. You need to contact the TV manufacturer and describe your problem. A lot of these parts have lifetime warranties depending on manufacturer. the service call is comped. If the power board is getting power, you should be able to see a small led light on the power board as well as a click when the unit powers up.
