Frigidaire glass top
You will need a wiring diagram and a multi-tester (volt meter, etc). Find the diagram for the elements, trace your wires to that switch, and check for voltage coming out of that infinite switch. If you have voltage, then its your element (85% chance its the element anyway). Good Luck.
Oven
Some ovens employ the broil element at 1/2 voltage during bake to assure browning. i do not believe that Frigidaire does this. The only thing you can do is move the biscuits to a higher rack location.
BAKE IS NOT WORKING
It sounds like you have a bad bake element. If the bottom element isn't glowing it may be bad or have a wire burnt off at the terminal end. You would heva to remove the element and have ytour local appliance parts store test it for you.
2 wire from house 3 wire at stove
Okay, the normal color coding for a 220-240VAC receptacle is as follows:
White (Neutral) - 0VAC
Black (HOT) - 110 VAC
Red (HOT) - 110 VAC
I suspect that the two black wires from your power panel are the two hot leads in your case. That is...each one should read 110-120VAC. Verify this my measuring each black lead to ground. The copper wire is probably a ground or neutral. It sounds like this is an older house (?).

In addtion, the electric service for major appliances like a Range or Dryer should have its OWN dedicated circuit to prevent overloading. I hope you find this information helpful. If you have questions, please let me know.

Get me a a model number off the unit, and I should be able to get you a price and a part number. Also, tell me what part oif the country you are in, see if we can find you a local dealer.
F1 comes on and nothingh is working
normally an f1 error code is a defective keypanel and /or ERC electronic control. You may be able to reset it by shutting down the circuit breaker or unplugging the unit for 20 to 30 minutes. If this works at all it is likely only a temporary fix.

Hot surface light
across each plate there is a cutout - you can usually see it thro the ceramic and is a rod going across the plate. it also senses that the plate is hot and turns the hobhot light on. this is the part that is faulty. sometimes only available as a complete plate
