The top element does not heat up but the bottom one does,
Hello Barry Kirstein - From what you have described it sounds like the unit has a faulty elements or could possibly be experiencing a wiring issue with the EOC. Try resetting the oven by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and if it proves to be ineffective contact a professional to move forward accurately to properly diagnose the unit.
Frigidaire range GLEF378CSB oven lights come on but the oven does not get warm. Thought I heard a pop
Hello - Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately two minutes and turn the range back on. Select a normal bake cycle and if issue continues then the unit may possibly have either a faulty element, bad communication error with the main control board, oven sensor, or mechanical thermostat. I strongly suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately. They also usually warranty their labor just in case something else may turn out to be the root cause of your initial problem and it does work out better to your advantage.

Range and oven wont work
Hello Jason Korn - Try unplugging the range and plug a hair dryer or some other electrical appliance in the outlet to confirm that there is power to the unit. If the outlet is working and from what you have described if both the range and oven is not working then I would suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately. The range may possibly have a faulty wiring to EOC or the EOC itself.

316419103 and that's around 25 dollars.go here
