Replace the valve on the distributor or if necessary the whole distributor. While you are at it replace the tamping piston seals and the barista seal.

If it has no water flow check the pump. If it does have water flow then look for a leak or if no leak it's probably the distributor.

You need to try much harder to contact them or alternatively return it to the retailer and let it be their problem. Messing about with it yourself can risk voiding the warranty.

Krups do not supply a service manual for this model so you are only going to get information from others who have done repairs on them. The service info only refers to a leak at the pump high pressure exit elbow (you replace it and the high pressure tube) and an overflow leak at the top of the brewing handle (you replace the inner plastic guts of the handle with improved part) The rest is follow your nose to find faults and solutions. You may be better to post your specific problem. I only ever worked on the more expensive models with integrated grinders.

That's probably going to be a big job, Error 10 means that the sensors are not detecting any heating of the boiler. Good luck with that one.

I had the same problem with a 8250. I had to throw it out as the grinder stopped accepting oily beans. I suggest that you take all the beans out and take a "keyboard cleaner air can" and spray the heck out of the area where the beans get ground up. It'll spray grounds all over so do it outside!

You should not need to "prime" the pump as gravity takes care of it. Check the opening on the water tank to see if in time it has closed up. Check for debris where the tank connects to the unit. If it has a filter, take out the filter and try again.

I had a 8250 model. I had to also open mine up. You need to remove the plastic cover - it is "snapped into place around the edges". then you can see the screws for the mechanics inside, you may see where it is leaking just by popping off the plastic cover. I had a connection come off and added a new spring clip to close up the tube that was leaking.
