DeLonghi Esclusivo Magnifica ESAM3300 Espresso Machine - Page 8 Questions & Answers
Im willing to pay for assistance or help with this
Hello Matt, Can you give me some symptoms of what is wrong with the machine, after I determine if I feel I can help you, then you can always go to my market page and click on one of my ads under espresso, then it shoots to me to help you. I would love to help you and sure get paid, however, it is against fixya rules for us to help a customer who would like to pay for my expertize outside the system of fixya. So, if you can at least give me some symptoms in detail, then I can always forward my link to actually purchase one of my Market Place ads, and then I could get paid through fixya. BUT that is the only way I can help you with Fixya rules, as I don't want to jeopardize my position with fixya. Thanks Matt, Mike

Delonghi Magnifica Rapid Cappuccino machine.
Hi Alan,
This posting is back on the unsolved boards again. I cannot see what anyone else has told you and I don't know what you have tried. So, I'm starting fresh....
If your control panel is not reading that you have inserted the container, then one of several things could be wrong.
I imagine you have already checked and cleaned all the parts involved and made sure that the lids are sealing and the container is seated properly. Clean around the door to be sure it closes securely.
If all of these things are in proper order, then it could be that the control panel has gone bad. Is there a reset button somewhere on your machine? Have you tried to go through the descaling/cleaning procedure and restart the machine?
If none of this works, I would suggest contacting DeLonghi to talk to a technician. Here is a contact page I got from the internet: http://www.delonghiusa.com/index.php?texts&pid=3
You may have already found the contact site, but if all else has been checked and found to be ok, I think that is your only recourse now.
Hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate a 4 thumbs up. Thanks,
Handie Andie

Low water light on
Before disassembling anything, use the steamer feature to see if there's an airlock in the system.

Double shot button runs so slow you thinkit is
hi, maybe your grind is set too fine. If the grind is too fine, the water cant flow through. If your single shot flows ok, then id make the grind a bit coarser. Have you changed the blend. All blends are different. If you have not changed anything, then your pump pressure could be low. There is no adjustment for the pump. Replace pump if pressure is low.

Leaking
You need to contact Delonghi and order a part. This is the steam/water outlet assembly. This part includes an electronic solenoid which controls the water and steam output. I have had this problem 3 times. You may find the steam/ water is very loose when you try to wobble it sideways. This is the indication as to what is the problem, (as mentioned above).
