A little spring felt off from the inside part when I was cleaning

Take off the top and check the fuse, if you have the old version off your machine you will find the fuse on a wire, if you have a new version then you have to reset the thermostat on the boiler (two pcs).

Hi, I dont understand what exactly happen when you try to make coffee? Is the coffee comes out or no?

Take out the grounds box and the brew group. At the back there is an opening. If grounds get in the opening, it can't drain. Get some hot water in a squirt bottle and flush out that opening at the back ... this may end your problem with leaking after dispensing

Go to saeco phillips on line and order a new seal that is mounted on the machine under a small plastic cover where the water tank conects to the machine

Contact your reseller or your nearest Saeco Service Center as your machine will have a 2 year warranty.
