Vac out the bean chamber, then remove the 2 or 3 screws and carefully lift the bean hopper off the machine, then continue cleaning the grinder, careful not to lose the gasket around the top of the grinder. When done reassemble and try to brew but do not add beans to hopper as yet. Until you are sure all the plastic pieces are out.

You can get a new float from servicesunlimited or wholelattelove, I think there is a hole in the one that you have and it ges fill with water and sinks.

You might be able to just order the float, check this site servicesunlimited.com

Just try to pour some hot water out from the steam wand after some seconds the veltilate massage will go out.

If the machine is not powering on at all , check the power socket and examine the power plug for any frayed wires.Also was need to know , was there any message displayed on the screen before the machine shut down. Like overheat or ventilate.

The machine has fuse mechanism , but if the same has gone bad , the machine is suppose to show and error message on the screen. If the plug and socket is fine , then you would have to take the machine in for service.

Press and hold the lower right button for a few seconds,..the descaling light (the same button) will start flashing.Then follow the prompts on the screen.

The solution to this Saeco Incanto Deluxe problem was simply tweaking the Program Menu settings. After receipt of the unit, I immediately set all settings to STRONG. This move proved to be a major complication because the machine could not compress the load of grounds being dumped into the brew unit. I responded by setting ALL coffee settings in the Program Menu to MILD and now only use the Large Coffee SBS setting for regular coffee (the coffee is still robust and delicious).. The expresso SBS setting and those SBS settings further to the left I use only with the small cup button. If I want a double I just do it twice. The machine was protecting the drive shaft and brew unit from damage by stopping the press and jettisoning the grounds when I had the machine programmed the other way. I hope this helps other owners.

Can you get hot water? if yes then the steam boiler on the machine needs to be replaced or checked for damage.

Removed the top cover and locate the tap body. Line up the steam rod, press the lobe on the rod and push in to the hole . The lobe slide in the groove of the body when you turn the knob.

Press and hold the descale button(lower right), it will light up.Then you can start the process. The machine will prompt the next step when the solution in the tank is used up. Have a go.

Check the bgrew group screen to see if they are clean and clear also under the top screen theres a small hole make sure that is clear also? Has the brew group ever been degreased this is if there is water coming out of the wand if no water there you have a internal blockage or pump problem

Hi It just snaps back in, but you have to align the tabs before pushing back on.

Either the grind is too fine and there is so much pressure that the pins in the steam valve are not working properly. First try to adjust grind a little coarser, it that does not work, then the pins in the steam valve need to be replaced.

That means the pump needs to be primed by running water through the wand. Push the water button and open the knob on the right. You will hear the pump change tone when it primes and the light or message will disappear. If you have a restriction in the intake line the message will not go away. There is a flow meter inside the machine that measures water flow. If the flow meter does not spin when the pump is running, the computer thinks that the pump is not primed. Coffee grounds will get into the intake and restrict the flow meter. If you get a restriction in the water intake (below the water tank, on the machine) the pump may run and water comes out, but the flow meter does not create the jet of water to spin the turbine wheel to send impulses to the computer. You get the ventilate message. One thing to remember is when you are working on the water system (have the water tank off) do not fill the bean hopper and visa versa. Keep them covered when working on the other. Cross contamination will damage a machine fast.

Try using the vacuum to clean out the grounds, then remove the brew unit and make sure the chamber from the grinder is clear.

if you open the side valve to let the steam go out or to ventilate you say it leak under the machine try it agan it look like a leaking pump

Are there any grounds in discharge tray and if yes are they wet or dry?
If they are dry then the machine has a water circuit problem. If they are wet then the brew unit is blocked or the grind settings need to be adjusted coarser.

I think you have a chrome steam wand end.
To froth properly, there is a very small hole on the side of the chrome steam wand that injects small bubbles into the milk, the hole is located aprox 1/4" down from top of the chrome wand, if this hole blocks up you can only heat the milk, not froth. I commonly use a stripped tin tie wire or a sewing needle to clear the hole . Clean the hole,do not enlargen the hole.

Make sure the containers are tightly in place and check the door sensors ( the magnetic sensors may need replacing). Also, consider trying to completely power off the machine, wait a few minutes, and start it back up.
