Defective temperature sensor is my guess, try running white vinegar through it a few times, the sensor may have hard water deposits on it which can alter the readings.
Check the home panel circuit breaker first. Then plug the brewer in to another outlet. If that doesn't work, there is a chance that the switch is bad. Happens too often on Bunnomatics.
Most likely there is electricity short fall somewhere, check socket, if not then open machine and check if all cables are in place. Check for current.
If that doesn't do then it must be electronics.
Yes. It's a tank gasket that can be purchased from www.bunn.com. You'll have to remove the trough above the tank, wires, fuse, temperature probe, water inlet, hot water output tube, and 8 nuts to get to it.
