Unit leaks water from bottom

What model of Bunn is this? If it is a bx-b or any of the other home models, what has happened is that the plastic pour-in tray has become brittle and cracked where it mounts onto the tank. The only repair for this is to replace the tray with one from another brewer (possibly your local bunn Dealer has an old brewer lying around). If it is a commercial brewer (VPR, VPS, Ect) there will be a sael leaking on the top of the tank.

Coffee brewing comes out in

If it comes out in a steady "stream" it sounds like the sprayhead is missing. The sprayhead disperses the water out and evenly over the grounds.
If the sprayhead IS in place then it could be a temperature problem. If the temperature is not hot enough the coffee will not brew correctly.

Model CDBCF15 Coffee maker.\r\nBrew cycle does not

Could be one of two problems:
The brew volume needs to be set or
The mainboard needs to be replaced because it is not telling the solenoid to stop brewing when it gets to the correct level.

Coffee Not coming out hot like it used to

Have You ever cleaned Your maker? Use vinager if not and try that. If that doesn't work the heating element is probably going bad. You might want to get a new one.

Bunn Thermo Fresh BTXB yesterday

First make sure someone has not turned the vacation switch to the off position. Now remove the spray head by unscrewing it and cleaning out all holes. I suspect this is your problem and some holes are clogged. Use a toothpick to clean out the holes. Unplug the coffee maker and let it cool down. Now take the deliming tool which came with your unit, and push it in the opening where the spray head was attached. This looks like a long spring. Push it all in except the last 2" and move it fully out and back in 6 times. Pour a decanter of clean water into the unit and let it completely empty. Reattach the spray head. Plug unit back in an let set for 15 minutes. Make a pot of coffee and see if all is well. If not, check the temperature of the hot water coming from the unit, it should be around 200 degrees fahrenheit.

When i plug it in it trips my gfi and it is not on

This can be caused by one of two things. (1) The GFI plug has a problem: it could be broken behind the face plate, or some of the wires in the box are so close that when you push a plug into the outlet, they touch and trip the GFI. (2) The other source is due to a defect in the appliance between the cord and the power switch. That is why the GFI faults even before it the coffee maker is turned on.

Have the outlet checked thoroughly and make any needed adjustments / repair /replacement and reconnect the coffee maker again. If it trips, the coffee maker will need to be serviced. DO NOT use the coffee maker in another non-GFI outlet until it has been checked out. The chances of electrical shock or burns is significant until the problem is found and corrected.

Bunn commercial coffeemaker will not give reliable quantity

Hello. First , I don't find your Model at Bunnomatic.com, and I have worked on Bunn machines for over 21 years, and don't recall a unit by the Model information you provided. However, from your description, it sounds like you have one of these, single units, here:
http://www.bunnomatic.com/pages/techdocs/manuals/satbrew.html
scroll down for the parts/service manuals. The problem you describe has 3 possibilities, one is a water pressure/flow problem, caused by a clogged filter, or too small a supply line with too many units all on the same pipe, try only brewing when nothing else is drawing water. Second is scale build up at the tank fittings for the brew solenoid, build up in the hoses, tubing, solenoids, etc. all of which require cleaning. Third is an actual problem with the timer, or the setting switch. It is always cheaper, if you can do the work yourself, and check the first two items, then you can move to an actual part problem. If you have further issues, just ask.

Hopee that helped, and thank you.

How to clean??

you'll need a phillips screwdriver and a small crescent wrench. start by unplugging the unit. unscrew the sprayhead. remove the small hexnut from the sprayhead tube. remove the two screws from the top cover and lift up the cover. if there is a warmer element on it, remove and mark the two wires to the element. use the back end of the crescent wrench and unscrew the brass nut in the reservoir. save the fiber gasket from under the tray. the pot holds two complete potfuls of water so be careful. mark all the wires and where they go and remove them one at a time from the top of the canister. remove all the screws or nuts that hold the top to the canister and remove the top. the thermostat bulb goes into one of the plastic bushings along with rubber packing washers in the top. unscrew the plastic bushing, the packings and the thermostat bulb. pour out all the water from the canister. there's a dip tube that goes to the bottom and is fastened to the water inlet pipe on the top part. this may have some scale build up on it. scrape off this deposit. in the bottom of the canister you will find a mineral scale which must be removed. a small sharp chisel without the use of a hammer can be used to remove this scale. while you have the machine apart, use the long steel spring to clean out the water tube that goes to the sprayhead.
