Also, inquire with Bunn Vpr about an optionalattachment for some models that will slow down the rate of water flow. Lastly,ensure that you are not over-filling the basket with grinds. There is an upperlimit to how much a coffeemaker will hold, and some people try to compensatefor weak coffee by adding too much. A lot of times, people now a days, also go to local coffee shop and have them grind there coffee fresh, and the coffee shop a lot of times will grind it to fine. you have a blocked line. snake the pipe from sprayhead to tank and at the tank inlet between pan and tank. probably a scale cap is blocking flow. check sprayhead isnt plugged also.

first give me your machine modal number.

if machine has bypass system then ,I can think that your spray head tube is blocked.

if water come from bypass then it comes very fast.

If this is a pour-over coffeemaker, you can't do anything about the flow. It's just gravity pushing the water out of the reservoir. But you can try using a coarser grind of coffee. If the grind is too fine (if you grind whole beans for too long in a blade grinder, for instance, or if you're using espresso grind coffee), the water can't flow through quickly enough and it backs up and overflows. Make sure your coffee is ground for a drip coffeemaker.

Sounds like the thermostat is bad.

Sounds like calcium build up, You need to descale the machine.

If you look at the grounds on the basket, After the brew cycle is over there is like a hole in the center of the grounds. This happens when there is calcium build up in the tank, tube and or spray head. And takes forever for the brew cycle to end.

Follow the instruction on your manual to descale the brewer.

you have to fill the tank with more than one carafe. Most of them are syphon/gravity fed machines meaning the cold water coming in forces the hot water out to brew the coffee. Hope this helps. WWW.MidstateBeverage.com

Should have fuses in it you can take it apart and check the fuses.
