F11 err

You must be Canadian?

F11 means that the controller thinks there is a stuck key on the keypad, which may or may not be the cause.

You might try pushing each button several times, then the clear button to see if you can unstick it.

Sometimes this is caused by a failure in the oven controller itself (but more often the keypad).

We repair oven controllers if it comes down to that.

Electric shock when wiping oven-light switch

you may want to actually check you plug wire here

sounds like they wired neutral to the chassis ground
and vice versa

please check quickly

4wire connection
black left
red right
white center
geen on the chasis (cabinet)

3 wire
middle wire in the middle
the other two one on each side
then there should be a metal strip from middle to the chassis(cabinet)

Its youre oven temp. sensor has shorted.

Replace the switch for the bad element. It is stuck internally in the ON position.

How long do I leave the self cleaning feature on.

Once you set it to self clean and lock the door the oven does it all.when cycle is complete,the stove will let you know.The door will stay locked till then

Starts beeping and F31 ERR flashes

Any F code error indicates a fault has been detected . Press Clear/Off to clear display and stop beeping then reprogram the oven. If the fault reoccurs record the fault number press Clear/Off and contact an authorized service agent. If you have access to the internet you can download a manual for this appliance go to www.frigidaire.com/support/support.asp
On the customer services page click on product manuals and you will be abe to download the manual and print it off.

Self clean not stopping

you will need to turn the breaker off and turn it back on (kinda trying to "reboot" ) if that doesnt help the control will need to be replaced. in that situation it would be good to replace the oven temperature probe as well.

Can not get oven door back on my Roper oven

With the door on a flat surface.
Open (extend) the hinges and insert a small nail or pin in the holes in the sides of the hinges.
Then put the door on and remove the nail.

Replacing a burner on a frigidaire electric stove

If you are talking about one of the four(4) elemnts on the top, all you need to do is pull it out and slide the new on back in. According to the model you provided, it has just the standard coil surface burners.

Left Front and Right Rear burner does not heat up

Both burners should be replaced as well as the recepticles that it plugs into. There are recepticle kits available for this repair.

Oven element will not turn off

I just had someone come out to look at this problem. He said that the control board needs to be replaced and it would cost me about $400. He said that it's almost better to go out and buy a new oven.
