Telstra Response Telstra reacted to consumer concerns about these issues by providing regular updates about the status of the repairs. One such Telstra status update, according to an iTnews report, said, "We are currently having problems with BigPond mail. This is affecting customers nationally. Customers may experience delays in receiving mail or accessing their accounts. Technicians are treating this issue as a priority and are working on the problem." Telstra stated that these problems came about as a result of a server outage. You cannot download the product key. You have to buy a lisence to be able to use the product. Most laptops come standard with a 30 or 90 day trial version, then Microsoft expects you to buy the lisence.

If money is a problem, why not use Open Office which is freely available on the Internet, and does not require a lisence.

The quickest way is to see if it's located on your drive. Press the Windows key and s, type the Outlook.Mui.Msi in the search box and click search. If it finds it write down the location. You can right click the file and select open fine location to take you where it's located. What might be happing if office was installed via CD, if that is the case you will need a copy of that CD.

You probably mean activation code.
