With my Delstar Ds 216 mp3 player came a USB cord. All I have to do it hook it up to my computer (the computer has to be on), and it charges. It normally takes a couple hours to get a full charge.

Yeah, I went to the store and they didn't have one. I like the price and they offer a 30 day return, but I'd like to know if anyone likes it.

It is an error message on your MP3.
Try to switch it off and then switch it back on it after a while.
If it does not work, you can try to reset it (view the manual to do that) or plug it via the USB cable to the PC to scan for possible virus.
*Save all your files in your memory card/PC before resetting it.

Try looking for a reset button. Erase everything on it, and start over. There are a lot of pretty cheap mp3 players out there. If all else fails I suggest removing the back plate of the mp3 , remove the battery then re-installed the battery, put plate back again and re-start your mp3. This will reset.

U gotta read the manual inside. Else what i always do was try changing everything..since there is system restore built in the mp3 then there would not be a problem. but remember to backup ur songs first..
