Your earpiece device could be faulty and needs a replacement

Try this steps to detect which could be the fault.

1. Take another earpiece andf insert it on your device. if you pick the sounds clearly on both sides then the former earpiece is bad. But if the problem still persist then get a technician to look at the earpiece port on your device.

Try any of the folllowing: different USB port, cable, attempt to charge the unit for 10 mins before pluging back in again, reset unit if possible then try again.

u need to turn it on by the side you need to press down until its turn on

on the back...push th reset button...easy..

first of all be sure not to try and turn the device back on while it is wet. Take the battery out and let it sit on a towel. You can try and use some light heat from a hair drier... It will take some time, I would let it sit for a couple of days before trying to turn it on again.

I am not all that familiar with the device, but many manufacturers put the screw holes behind the batteries if you want to try and open it up, just don't turn it on...

I lost mine as well and after searching the web I found a web site called www.eforcity.com which had the usb chargers. It said it was for the Samsung YP-K3, bu that it is compatible with the T10. It was only $5.99. I am hoping it works when I get it. Good luck!

go to a cell phone store and buy a car charger (the smoke lighter to usb one) and make sore it fits the T-10. You can plug it into PC and should work to transfur data as well. Thats what I did. Sorry can't remember cell phone Model. If fails get refund

what does it do when in computer if same thing take it back

From the main menu go to prime pack select voice record and press the center button. to listen to the recording go to music recorded files. The voice rec's are named VCE_001, VCE_002 Etc the FM rec's are named FM_001, FM_002 Etc .

PS the .zip at the bottem of the page

open my computer Double Click T-10 Double Click Internal Memory Double Click Music, find the songs and delete them.
PS you mignt want to back up the songs onto your HDD first as they will be permadently deleted from T-10

go to my computer> properties>hardware > device manager >universal bus driver>right click on it> update driver>

if is doesnt work with that.
do a firmware upgrade.

Hi I have had this problem.Look on the back of the player and look for a reset hole. When you find it (its somewhere near the bottom of the player) get a needle.Yes a needle.And put it into the reset hole AND HOLD IT FOR 5 SECS. It should now be fixed.

The only way to get the unit working is to press the reset. I have the same problem, also the main menu is very slow.... this is my experience from Samsung.

I took it back to Samsung, the first lady charged me $35 as deposit and told me that if I decided to fix it they will then take the $35 off the total. And if it cost too much to fix they’ll return my deposit. The same lady called me two days later saying there was something wrong with the PC board (I already know that there was something wrong, I just needed a quote on how much it’ll cost to fix the unit) and that it’ll cost me $238 plus labor to fix it. I was like no way I don’t want to do that I’ll just get a new one for $90. So the next day I rock up to Samsung Service Centre- Granville (ICURE) to pick up my MP3 and deposit, a second lady was there and guess what she didn’t give me back the $35, saying that it was a charge for quoting. That really pissed me off… I’m never buying another Samsung product.

So I hope I’ve save you guys from getting ripped off on the quoting.
