I suggest you lift off the burner ring and ensure there is no foreign matter in the area of the igniter. Observe whether the is a spark when you press the button to light the gas. It is possible that the ignition plug has failed, therefor you will need to purchse a replacement.

The F31 error code means that the control board detects the oven temperature probe circuit is shorted. If the sensor tests good, then you could have a bad control board or a short in the wiring.

Looks like a keypad problem.
First remove power for 10 minutes or so and then give it a try. This may reset the board.
If this does nothing.
Disconnect the unit from power, unplug the keypad at the control board and clean the connectors then reconnect it and give it a try.
Use electronics cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush to clean them. Just make sure all the solvent has evaporated before reconnecting.
If the ribbon cable is the type where just the insulation is removed (no connector) the contacts can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser as iit is too abrasive.
If this does nothing
Check it with a meter as shown in the tech sheet to confirm it is shot.
If it is OK then the problem is probably on the control board itself.

Make sure there is power present at the socket.
If not then the wire must have bad connector some where between the socket to the switch or may be the switch itself is defect.
If yes, there is power at the socket then make sure the center touch the end of the bulb.
Good luck

the method when converting gasses is to use different jet sizes required for the new gas in use
it also means that the air shrouds have to be adjusted to maintain the correct burn ratio and get a blue or colorless flame and a possible adjustment or the pressure regulator
Gas is NOT in the domain of the DIY and only a qualified accredited gas fitter should be doing the job
The F50 code appears to indicate that the oven relay board can't get the status of the switches (door closed, motor door lock). Try unplugging the range to reset the control board. Next check the wiring harness. If there is nothing wrong with the wiring, then the oven relay board may be faulty.
Please add a comment with the model of the Frigidaire range if you would like a parts diagram and other information. I hope this helps.

You claim it isn't a temperature sensor, perhaps because there is a working temperature display? I don't know because I am not familiar with your appliance.
From your description I expect it is the thermostat thermocouple that is broken and the bare copper wire is actually a capillary tube. Normally a sealed assembly with the thermostat, when broken the thermostat doesn't shut down the oven.
Hello, John -
The information here may prove instructive:

You can also add the model number of your Frigidaire range by choosing "Comment" and providing the model number so that I or another Fixya.com answerer can provide you with the user manual for your model of glass top range.
Best wishes.
