Can put back together after
It's easy. Hold the main skirt fabric and drop the pressboard support into the bottom with the feet/nubs down away from the inside. Now the metal frame drops in and next slide the hinged U supports outward. This raises the edges and gives height to the bassinet. The U supports either lock under a plastic clasp on the pressboard or sit into holes on the board. Now button down all the buttons around the interior or zip the zipper closed. Set it back on the frame and snap the bassinet to frame snaps on. Add the hood and baby's new, clean bed is ready for a lullaby. Good luck and you should be able to download a PDF version of the instructions from the maker. Just go to their site and search.
Cleaning
its says on the kolcraft web site on the instructions u cant take the top part off u have to hand wash it in the sink or tub i also had that same problem because it was giving to me from a family member and have some spots on it but i doesnt come off sorry
How to insert the wheels on the kolcraft bassinet
I was looking at this bassinett on babiesRus, and almost all of the reviews mentioned the wheels. Those that were successful said that you really have to force them...to the point of fearing it will break!! Hope this helps!!

my husband came home and did it in about 5 minutes. You have to
actually put the hard-wood board and frame part in the liner. You have
to pull it really tight, and the bit of printed material with the
Warning sign should fold from the outside in. This puts the ruffle part
close to the top--but on the outside. The buttons will snap all around,
and the strappy things on the bottom hook around that bottom basket
part and snap. You will be able to see the wood before you put the
little mattress back in. I really hope that helps--we were so
frustrated.

I had that bassinet when my son was born & I LOVED IT! Wish I still had the thing you need, but I gave ours away =(
