That feature is not available on the SE-S400

It\'s very unusual for the paper to jam as this machine uses a clam shell type of printer. Just raise the printer arm and remove the paper roll. Clear any paper from the print head and roller etc. Tear any wrinkled paper from the roll and then refit the roll with the shiny side of the paper towards you. Lay the paper in the printer and close the printer arm down onto the paper. Which brand and model?

This is very rare. If it is totally frozen, the problem usually lies with a faulty keyboard membrane

Make sure you have the receipt turned on and the correct paper inserted the correct way around

Someone has programmed a limit on the CASH button. Try this:
Turn key to program position 0 CASH SUBTOTAL 3 SUBTOTAL 0 CASH SUBTOTAL
Turn key back to REG mode and try it.

Hi. I think you mean an SE-S300. You need to make sure you use 57mm thermal paper. It will have a shiny smooth side and a rough side if it is the correct paper. When you fit it into the printer, make sure the shiny side is facing you as it feeds out of the printer otherwise, it will feed out blank. Hi. On most machines, the Grand total is non resettable and is just ignored if you don't want to track the total sales of the machine long-term. It should not affect the daily totals. The rest of the report should reset at the end of the day. If you don't see CASH totals and departments etc returning to zero, then there is another problem. If you still want to try to stop the GT on the reports, tell me the brand and model number and I'll see if it can be forced from the report.

Turn key to Prg mode for date punch in todays date, example June 13 2014 would be 061314 and depress the # key. The time in Program mode would be for 9:45 Am 0945 and depress the QTY/Date Key. for PM you would use military time such as 3:00 PM would be 1500. Hope this helps.

If this is a Casio, it is waiting to have a memory clear code entered so it can wipe all of the programming and sales ready for a new shop. The code depends upon where and how it will be used.
