God day, there is no way to reset the head alignment. you just do a head alignment.

1. Please check if the ink cartridge is empty or not. If empty or nearly empty, better to change a brand new cartridge as per instructions; 2. Please check if the printer driver installed in the PC is still damaged or not. Suggest to re-install the printer driver once again; 3. Please check if the printer cable (USB/Network cable) is connected firmly from the PC to the printer. If found loosen, please connect it firmly; 4. If you found the printer led light is not turned on even you have plugged the power cable correctly, please change another power cable for testing; or may be the power bar is not working properly; 5. After you tried all these steps and the printer still couldn't work, please disconnect it and send it to the Canon repair center for proper repair and maintenance. Please do not open the chasis of the printer by yourselves.

Error 6A00
The 6A00 is a Canon generic code for paper path jam.

Solution 1:
Move the printhead carriage back and forth a few times.

Solution 2:
Check the purge unit: Moving the print head assembly will not clear a purge unit if its jammed with paper, paper clips, push pins, screws, cookie crisp, flower bud pods or the like.

Solution 3:
Press the ink pads down in the purge unit.

open the front part of the cabinet and there u get to see the black cartridge gently pull it out and then replace it with new one

The Canon site suggests that resetting the printer may resolve the issue. However, if this does not work, then you should contact a hardware support provider.

paper feed sensor is open so this problem

There is probably a "gutter" setting that is trying to give you a border of sorts. Check the advanced print settings and look for something like gutter and turn it off.

...maybe your yellow nozzle is dirt...full of frozen yellow ink...try to cleaning the nozzles by put a thick paper and run the cleaning program from the printer properties...

try to check inside your printer some small torn papers must have been left inside the mechanism of the printer and that it can detect that is why it keeps prompting a window saying it is jammed.
