U051 error can i disable printer and use only scanner and fax canon mx300

Sadly not. The cartridge error will have to be resolved before you can use the scanner/fax. You do not however have to have a full cartridge installed, the printer just needs to be able to recognise the cartridge.

How can I work with fax and scaner when I get u051 error printer I don't need the printer

U051 indicates an ink cartridge that cannot be recognised by the printer. Sadly you cannot use your printer while this error remains.I would advise the following:-Remove the problem cartridge from the printer-Wipe the gold contacts on the front of the cartridge with a piece of non fibrous tissue (like kitchen tissue).-Re-install the cartridge. If the error remains it is likely that there is a genuine problem with the cartridge. So I would advise re-installing whichever cartridge you had in the printer before the error began to show or purchasing a new ink cartridge.

How do I remove the printer heads on my Canon MX300 printer? I tried the common deal but the printer heads stay to the left underneath a small opening that I cannot get to easily.

got a repair shop. some items only should be fixed by a qualified dealer cause not everything is fixable. OR buy a new one.

Canon MX300 Paper Jam alarm

Forcing a piece of cardstock as far into the feed as I could, then removing it fixed this problem for me.

Hopefully it will work for you!
