Install activesync, which your probably already have. If not, go here. Once you setup a sync profile (if you just got it) make sure contacts get synced. If you had it for a while, go to Tools>Options and make sure contacts is checked.

You must have Outlook. The when synced the contacts will appear in Outlook. Not sure if it works with outlook express, but you might as well try.

connect it using the cable . Use the usb mode . Open it as a usb drive and copy whatever files on the phone to the computer . And also onthe phone the files have to be on the memory and not on the phone memory .

You need to download the Microsoft ActiveSync from the following location:

Install it on your computer, connect the phone to computer u sing USB and ActiveSync will open up. Click on Explore button in ActiveSync and all the contents of your phone would be shown and you can copy/paste files as normal.

Check Google play store for free SMS backup apps. Many of them available there.

Call the carrier and deactivate the account connected to the sim. If you have a protect app on your phone, go to the website of the phone mfg app and turn off the sim. If you are talking about creating a lock for a new sim follow the directions in the phone's set up.

I think phone needs software reset. Below is the link about performing soft reset and hard reset on HTC touch. Try soft reset first. if it doesn't work, try hard reset. If after hard reset still no success, try to flash firmware. But I think hard reset can resolve the problem. Note, that hard reset will delete the storage entirely, so backup any data befor performing those manipulations.

HTC phones and all android phones use much more battery life then your previous phones. they run many applications all at the same time, whether you want it to or not. To save battery life, download an app killer from the marketplace. I purchased an extended battery and it made it much more tolerable about charging occurances

I don't know if you can setup any cloud service on the phone, Something like BOX, Dropbox or Google drive. That would be great, because you could use the space in the cloud to put your files, both systems can access.

You need to go into the Google Play Store (on your phone) and search for Skype. Click "Install" and it will do it all for you. If you haven't gone into Google Play Store before you will need to create an account. You can use any Google account you already have - e.g. if you have a YouTube account, or gmail account, use that same account to log in. Otherwise just create a new account with the normal email address.

Connects to : Internet
Access point: gprssouth.cellone.in

Leave other items blank.

Donot creat any proxy

You donot require any thing else. GPRS will work on your mobile and also in Internet share. Internet share works with cable and bluetooth. Browse on mobile or laptop !!!

1. Enable bluetooth on your PC and Windows Mobile device
2. Create an incoming bluetooth COM port on your PC
3. Go to ActiveSync connection settings on your PC to enable COM port access
4. Create a bluetooth connection partnership (or refresh an existing one) to see the ActiveSync service on your device
5. Open up ActiveSync on your device, go to Menu, and choose "Connect via Bluetooth"
