Or check the message center number from the "Message Settings" option; contact your service provider to know the message center number and save this number in the message center number of your phone.

It is better if you dismantle the phone and clean the LCD parts and area as well,might some corrosion/water stick to it,or clean the entire main board to ensure that no more wet area that may result to shot circuit.

replacement is the best way to solve this problem,all touch phones are too sensitive nor unrepairable,one of the reason is unexpected falling the phone unto the ground.

Dropping by on the authorize HTC service center will be the best solution.

Be sure you inserted a good memory card, might not readable anymore,try to replace another one so you may know if the memory card is only the problem or what.also try to check the socket or reader if its clean and align,one pins missed will result to unrecognized the memory card.

To check if the memory card is still working,insert in on your computer using a multi-media card reader.If it's readable,then you phone seems to be the problem.fixing this problem can be done sometimes in formatting your phone.

There are two ways, by clearing the Device Storage or you can try a hard reset, here are the steps:

To clear storage:
1. Tap Start > Settings > System Tab > Clear Storage
2. Enter "1234" now tap yes

To Hard reset:

1. Press and hold the TALK and END buttons, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of the device
2. Release the stylus and continue pressing the TALK and END buttons and you will see a message on the screen that says "This operation will delete all you personal data...." now press ACTION to proceed
3. Release the TALK and END buttons and then press ENTER on your device

GPRS service is there in airtel but there is no wap service for the htc mobile 3450... as i am using the phone i will browse the sites through GPRS by Internet Mobile Office

You may not have the GPRS Settings in you mobile Please Call Costumer care (service provider) they will provide you the settings.

replace the battery- sounds like it's completely shot. You can get the Settings From Service Provider....

First make sure the phone is not on silent,
Try changing the ringtone, go into phone->options->sounds, make sure type is set to ring, if so select a different ring tone.

You can hard reset the device but this will erase all your information,contact and settings. The phone will reset to factory default.

1. Press and hold the TALK and END buttons, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.
2. Release the stylus, but continue pressing the TALK and END buttons until you see the following message on the screen:This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to manufacturer default. Press Action to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.
3. Release the TALK and END buttons, and then press ENTER on your device
