All I can advise to you is you have to bring your Blackberry phone to your dealer. Make sure that it is still covered by the warranty. If not, you need to bring your unit to a service center near you to check further the speaker within.

Your Blackberry probably just needs to be restored to factory settings. The steps you need to take to restore the blackberry firmware are described at : Restore Blackberry to factory settings.

Once you install the softwre that came with the phone then you should be able to use the USB for backing up and syncing.

After charging it up fully, attempt to turn it on without being plugged into the charger. If it will not turn on, try turning it on while on the charger. If it does not power up and there is nothing wrong with the charger you have a phone issue. If it does power on, you need a new battery.

To find your IMEI number select Options then from the options list choose Status.

This will display, amongst other things, your IMEI.
