1. check the status to the router page by logging into the router to see if the router lost connectivity.
2. Pinging an outside address will tell you if you have lost connectivity with the ISP or not.

Are you broadcasting the SSID for the wireless? And also check if you havent locked it down to certain machines reserved by their MAC addresses

on my machine. This is only a service provider I believe and not an end website. Have you checked and verified the ip address with the contact organization? Just because you can run a trace route on an ip address does not make accessible.

The cisco could also be blocking the outbound connection at your end.
