Viking DW DFUD 142. (DW 20.3) Lower sprayer doesn't seem to be working properly (dishes on bottom staying dirty). Upper one fine. no clogging in lower sprayer. Any suggestions as to problem?

I would expect that something may be fouling the lower arm, thus not allowing it to spin properly.

I have a brand new Viking dishwasher and it won't start. I get an error code "E 02". Can I fix this or do I have to call Viking service?

Hey Marlene, Your new washer must have a warranty.. use it.. call or go to the store where you purchased it... they should take care of you!!
