Confirm that the lid switch a common failure is working. A distinct click is usually heard when lid is closed. Temporarily by-pass to confirm and diagnose this type of problem. Confirm tab is in place on the lid.

how about some more info. Does the soap pipe have a clog in it? Try putting a lenghth of wire down it to check for clogs. Also, run a load of full strength vinegar through the machine. Turn off the water supply, set the machine on to a point past the fill timer, then add at least 1 gallon of pickling vinegar, then turn on the machine. Stop it before it discharges and drains the vinegar, and reset it back to the beginning of the wash cycle. Do this several times until the wash water gets gunky, then let it complete the cycle after you have turned the water supply back on. Check the soap pipe now. Frankly, I have never heard of a soap pipe so I wonder if this is really your issue. do you perhaps mean a spray arm? At any rate, a good cleaning like this should solve your problem. BTW, if you do not want to use vinegar, try a package of lemon jello or a purchased product called Lemi-Shine both of which you run through your machine to clean it iout.

Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. What you are hearing turning is the pump motor. The manual feature is for deliming the machine and and locks the unit in wash mode only.

It is likely your fill solenoid has malfunctioned if no water is entering the tank in a normal cycle.

Sounds like the valve itself is stuck open. Shut off the water to the dishmachine, remove the solenoid coil, get a pipe wrench or large crescent wrench and open the top of the rinse valve. Either get some muriatic acid or some strong lime away and clean the internal valve. Make sure to put the parts back in the correct way. The top of the valve has a piston and a spring. DO not lose either of them. The bottom of the valve has a diaphram and a valve seat. remove both of these clean them so that they move freely. Install all the parts exactly like you found them. Tighten down the valve, put the coil back on and turn on the water

Is it possible someone has accidentally leant on the door? I would take side panels off and check if hinges are bent

Are you sure you have 3phase power available? there should be 220 between all three.
