It sounds like the water pump has seized judging from the noise that you were hearing. When the water seals become old and worn, water seeps through and ends up in the pump motor bearings, which corrode and eventually fail. Open the machine up and check the pump, they are not repairable, will have to be replaced should this be the case.

It looks like a snowflake but it actually represents "sparkle" and it is telling you that your rinse aid is running low. Fill up the dispenser (its right next to where you add detergent) and the light should go away. I just noticed mine was on, so I added some Jet Dry and sure enough, no more light.

The E1 error or fault code indicates that when the drain pump is running it is not experiencing the back pressure it expects. This is usually an indication that there is a water leak in the drain system. Check all hoses and connections. Check under the dishwasher for any major leak. If all checks out, be certain there is a proper loop in the drain hose to prevent siphoning. Finally, if the problem persists, the drain pump itself might be defective.

It seems that the water inlet valve is faulty, check the valve coil with Multimeter for short circuit condition.

The main water pump sounds to be defective, not supplying enough water pressure to turn the spraybars.

If you don't want to disassemble the dispenser to replace a part, you can replace the entire dispenser. Additionally, if the dispenser isn't working and the entire dispenser is worn out, replace the dispenser.
