Power outage is very likely to kill these systems, your best bet (I'm assuming these are in your area) - would be crestron, they supply at around the same prices and their products are highly reccomended.
Try
http://www.crestron.com/ or failing that you're going to pay through the nose for similar equiment from other higher end dealers.
Wish you the best of luck and happy new year! And invest in a surge protector for 2011 :)

Control4 remote reset sequence
The SR150 and SR250 remotes can be re-imaged. The V2/1 remotes cannot, any problems they have are always battery related. Remove old batteries and wait at least 2 minutes then replace with new batteries. This will reset the remote but you may need a technician to reset the Zigbee network.

When I put movie in
Home theatre systems are usually made and distributed based on regions. Usually there are about 7 regions and players are usually distributed to each region based on the type of disc which will be distributed in that region.
The disc you have is supposed to be distributed to a different region but has found its way to you. Usually the formats on which the discs are made are usually different from region to region. Although there are methods to change these devices to work with any unit.
Hope this solution has been helpful;?
