Sorry but to my knowledge of iPad, and the software it is based on, flash is not supported. There maybe other means you can get Flash to work but these are not supported and if you develop a problem and you take it back to your local Apple Store, the geniuses will refuse to touch it as it is known as "jailbreaking". In most cases doing this may cause you more problems than it solves.
Flash is all well and good but HTML5, uses a lot less system resources, it can play video & audio, you can find out more about HTML5 here:
