In about an hour you'll figure it out. Download the booklet! Ovens are similar with various timers. It gets complex owing to the size of the electronic controlsystem.but totally fixable!

Try changing the fuse and see if it works

Buy a different brand of Microwave. This is ridiculous! We are now buying a new microwave - a different brand, one that has a light bulb that is easy to change

Since it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty. I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.

I would call the store from which you purchased it to get Cookworks' contact info, or do a Web search using the term Cookworks and the country it was made for or the full model number.

In that case the outlet your using is pushing out too much electricity. Try calling your local electric company for help or a professional electric repair man.

ANTI-TAMPER SCREWS If your model has anti-tamper screws, you can remove them using using a T20H Torx type or GTXH20-100 screwdriver. If the correct tool is not available, there are several ways to remove the screws: - Use a hammer and a small punch or similar tool to knock out the middle post of the screw, then use a standard T20 Torx bit to remove the screws. (Use safety glasses). - Insert a small flat-bladed screwdriver (such as a jeweler's type) into the slot between the post and the edge, tap the screwdriver firmly with a hammer to loosen the screw, grip the screwdriver with pliers, and remove the screw. This detailed photo shows how a small screwdriver fits into the screw head: - Use a hacksaw or Dremel tool to cut a slot in the head of the screw, then use a flat-bladed screwdriver to remove the screws. The common cause is one or more bad door switches, or possibily the keypad control board.

It is inside the outer shell of the microwave, remove the outer shell to access the bulb, the srews that hold it on are on the back of the oven. You will need to disconnect power of course and do the work in an area that alloes you access to rear of the oven.
