Turntable wont turn on my sanyo s7560w
Base on other microwaves I suggest that it is either the drive element or the turntable motor. If you hear the motor turning it is likely to be the drive element. To get to the drive element take out the glass plate and there will be a plastic part that engages the plate. You should be able to pull the drive element out with a little work. The receptacle of the element will likely be shaped like a circle with a flat spot. If the plastic looks deformed it is likely the drive element. Don't be surprised that they want $30 for a new one. Use glue on the drive element as a last resort. With the drive element in but the glass out run the microwave for a few seconds. Can you see the drive element turning? No? New drive motor needed. It may be expensive but it should be easy to replace.
Inside door latch broken on my Sanjo microwave EMD9552
Hi, For any repairs involving door latches on microwave ovens, I strongly urge you to get a certified service technician to replace and adjust the door for you as he should have a leak detector to verify the fix. Not performing the leak test could expose you/your loved ones to harmful microwave energy if not setup correctly
